傾”芯”,不恨晚——NUCLEO-F446RE評(píng)測(cè)

(2)功耗測(cè)試
功耗測(cè)試是不可或缺的測(cè)試,現(xiàn)在的MCU都要強(qiáng)調(diào)低功耗。
- Sleep Mode
運(yùn)行狀態(tài):
- System Running at PLL (180MHz)
- Flash 5 wait state
- Instruction and Data caches ON
- Prefetch OFF
- Code running from Internal FLASH
- All peripherals disabled
- Wakeup using EXTI Line (User Button PC.13)
實(shí)測(cè)數(shù)據(jù)跟官方的差幾個(gè)毫安,有點(diǎn)偏差。
- STOP Mode
運(yùn)行狀態(tài):
- RTC Clocked by LSI
- Regulator in LP mode
- HSI, HSE OFF and LSI if not used as RTC Clock source
- No IWDG
- FLASH in deep power down mode
- Automatic Wakeup using RTC clocked by LSI (after ~20s)
這個(gè)模式下測(cè)到的數(shù)據(jù)跟官方的有點(diǎn)差距了。
- Under Drive STOP Mode
運(yùn)行狀態(tài):
- RTC Clocked by LSI
- Regulator in LP mode
- Under drive feature enabled
- HSI, HSE OFF and LSI if not used as RTC Clock source
- No IWDG
- FLASH in deep power down mode
- Automatic Wakeup using RTC clocked by LSI (after ~20s)
同樣這組數(shù)據(jù)差距也比較大。
- STANDBY Mode
運(yùn)行狀態(tài):
- Backup SRAM and RTC OFF
- IWDG and LSI OFF
- Wakeup using WakeUp Pin (PA.00) by connecting PA0 (pin 28 in CN7 connector) to 3.3V (pin 4 in CN6 connector)
測(cè)量的結(jié)果跟官方標(biāo)稱的相差不大。
- STANDBY Mode with RTC clocked by LSI
運(yùn)行狀態(tài):
- RTC Clocked by LSI
- IWDG OFF and LSI OFF if not used as RTC Clock source
- Backup SRAM OFF
- Automatic Wakeup using RTC clocked by LSI (after ~20s)
測(cè)試結(jié)果也差不多,跟官方的相差不會(huì)太大。
