首先添加權(quán)限
在COARSE_LOCATION是用于基站定位的時(shí)候用的，沒(méi)有這個(gè)權(quán)限，在獲取getCellLocation的時(shí)候報(bào)錯(cuò)。

第一種方式通過(guò)JASON來(lái)實(shí)現(xiàn)，是通過(guò)基站方式的，實(shí)現(xiàn)定位的代碼
